Get the current status of this goal.

Send a cancel request for this goal to the server.

If the server accepts and completes the request, the future completes without error. Otherwise, one of these errors can be returned:

GoalCancelRejected
GoalCancelUnknownGoalID
GoalCancelAlreadyTerminated
